Our annual overseas innovation tours manifest our organization’s commitment to a global networking initiative. Select individuals and active members have the opportunity to visit many of the most prestigious technology companies in the world. With an exclusive agenda designed to further our mission of fostering global innovation and knowledge sharing, the tour’s purpose is to explore the latest innovations and extend the members’ network globally.

The 7-day long tour immerses CIO delegates in the visiting countries’ business culture with tours and discussions at the top innovative companies. Members learn about the latest technology and innovation trends.

2016: USA

Members were privileged to visit Silicon Valley, the world’s top tech hub today and home to major tech companies. The tour included visits to top 100 fortune technology companies, Cisco, General Electric, Oracle, Dell EMC and Microsoft.

2017: South Korea

No technology tour would be complete without a weeklong visit to South Korea, home to many of the world’s most recognized brands. The tour included visits to Samsung Innovation Museum, Hyundai KIA R&D Center, Songdo Business District, ASIA Beat and Ahnlab Security Center.

2018: Sweden & Denmark

Sweden & Denmark unique focus on innovation, sustainability, co-creation and equality has created a highly dynamic economy. They are becoming hub of leading technology companies. The tour included visits to Ericson, Epicenter, Produktion 2030, Electa, Volvo Trucks, Lindholmen Science Park, Doll Living Lab and Maersk.

2019: Finland

The Nordic region is the fastest growing startup region in Europe and one of the fastest in the world. In the past decade, a vibrant startup scene has emerged in Finland and there has been an upward trend in entrepreneurial activity. The tour included visits to Business Finland, Finnish Fintech, Kerava Emergency Center, GE Healthcare, Espoo City, Nokia, Helsinki University and Reaktor.
